Services We Provide
We are currently accepting new patients. We take most health insurance, including OHP. If you speak a language other than English, we can arrange an interpreter for you.
Our services include:
- Primary care from a responsive provider
- Clinically-indicated hormones
- Referrals for services we are not able to provide
- Preventative screenings
- Cervical cancer screenings
- HIV/STI screening, treatment, and prevention (including PrEP)
- Behavioral health services and counseling resources
- ID Project: Information, referral, and financial aid for marker changes for those in Multnomah, Clackamas, or Washington counties
