We offer appointments with your medical provider in-person, over the phone, or via video chat.
We can help you get insured.
We accept most insurance plans.
We offer sliding scale fees based on income and family size.
No one is refused for inability to pay.

Walk-in or call 503-535-3860 to schedule an appointment. Same day appointments fill up quickly, an 8:30 AM check-in is recommended.
