We are welcoming new patients! Please call 503-535-3860 to make an appointment for any of our health services. Walk-ins are welcome. You can also use the form below to contact us about making an appointment.

  • We offer sliding scale fees based on income and family size.

Who is eligible

All adults ages 18 to senior citizen
Ages 15 through 17 (no guardian required)
Ages 13 through 14 (with guardian)

Walk-in or call to schedule an appointment. Same day appointments fill up quickly, an 8:30AM check-in is recommended.

*We are closed until 12:30 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
