Since 1968, we’ve provided a safe, supportive, and inclusive place for health care, along with services to help the underserved and people experiencing homelessness achieve independence.

Today, Outside In’s clinic, a Federally-Qualified Health Center and youth department provide a comprehensive array of services to its patients and participants, including:

Non-profit Status
Outside In is an independent, non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Oregon. It is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors in accordance with the policies defined in the organization’s Bylaws. Outside In is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization (EIN: 93-0567549). All donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
