Assertive Community Treatment

Outside In’s Assertive Community Treatment program, also known as RISE, provides holistic and intensive mental health services in a community setting. Our caring staff members work together to help people become independent and achieve their goals as they experience recovery.

Who is eligible

Individuals who are screened into the Multnomah County Homeless Youth Continuum and meet diagnostic criteria may be eligible. All participants need to start with a referral. Referrals can be sent by a service provider or participants may self-refer. Contact Heather Bugayong at heatherbu@outsidein.org to complete a referral.
