Milwaukie High School Health and Wellness Center
The Milwaukie High School Health & Wellness Center is a school-based primary care clinic operated by Outside In and located at Milwaukie High School. The clinic provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services to North Clackamas School District students ages 5–21.
Care is provided during the school day in a familiar and comfortable setting, making it easier for students to get the care they need without leaving campus or missing large portions of the day. Our team works closely with school staff and families to help students stay healthy, supported, and ready to learn.

The Health & Wellness Center serves students ages 5–21 who are enrolled in North Clackamas School District schools.

Cost
You never pay anything at your appointment. Insurance will be billed for services when available, to help support the Health & Wellness Center, but insurance status will not affect a student’s ability to receive care.
If a student does not have insurance, our team can connect families with Outside In outreach and enrollment specialists for help with Oregon Health Plan (OHP) enrollment.

*The clinic generally follows the North Clackamas School District academic calendar and is closed during school breaks, including:
- Thanksgiving break
- Winter break
- Spring break

Students can access care by:

- Stopping by the Health & Wellness Center during school hours
- Asking school staff for help connecting with the clinic
Parents and guardians may also call the clinic to schedule an appointment. Same-day or next-day appointments are often available.

- Immunizations – we carry all recommended vaccines for school inclusion

- Referrals for specialty health care services
- Assistance with applying for health insurance
- Same day/Next day appointments
- Language interpretation services when needed
