Since 1968, we’ve provided a safe, supportive, and inclusive place for health care, along with services to help the underserved and people experiencing homelessness achieve independence.

Today, Outside In’s clinic, a Federally-Qualified Health Center and youth department provide a comprehensive array of services to its patients and participants, including:

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Outside In recognizes that our patients, participants, and employees have unique experiences rooted in and affected by race, culture, gender and gender identity, age, belief systems, social class and income, sexual orientation, physical ability, and other aspects of individual identity. We acknowledge the beauty, strength, and opportunities that come from such diversity as well as the destructive and pervasive consequences that come from prejudice and oppression. We are deeply committed to dismantling overt and covert oppression, building personal and institutional diversity, and fostering inclusiveness.

Non-profit Status

Outside In is an independent, non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Oregon. It is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors in accordance with the policies defined in the organization’s Bylaws. Outside In is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization (EIN: 93-0567549). All donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
