Behavioral Health Services

We provide behavioral health and substance use services for young adults. We understand what you’re going through and how it can affect your health. We utilize a client-centered approach to teach ways to reduce negative health consequences associated with substance use and other risky behaviors.

We offer two forms of Behavioral Health services, including outpatient counseling and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT).

If you’d like to receive either of these services, please fill out our referral form here.
