Transgender and gender non-conforming (GNC) people experience houselessness and health disparities at a disproportionately higher rate than other populations. Outside In’s clinic is the primary care home for more than 1,000 transgender and GNC patients, where they receive gender-affirming care and access to social services. Learn how Outside In experts work together to provide counseling, health care, and social services to this unique population.
