Do you need care?
We are still making appointments!
For non-urgent or routine appointments, we are moving to phone and video visits via Zoom. All patients who have been scheduled for routine appointments will receive a phone call before or on the day of their appointment to confirm their appointment.

For urgent appointments, our providers are still available to see patients in our clinic. Examples of urgent visits are infections, pain, and injuries.
If you are experiencing a fever or respiratory symptoms, such as coughing or shortness of breath, please stay home and call 503.535.3860, and we will set up a phone or video visit with your provider.

Do you need your medication?
Our pharmacy is open! If you are in need of a prescription refill, please call our pharmacists at 503.535.3888. When possible, we will mail your prescriptions to you, and we can also arrange for curbside pickups so that you don’t have to come inside the clinic.
Do you need to enroll in Oregon Health Plan?
Our professionals can answer your questions about health insurance and assist you in enrolling in the Oregon Health Plan over the phone. Call us at 503.583.6659.

Advice on Staying Healthy
- Avoid close contact with people.
- Wash your hands with soap and water regularly.
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are also effective.
- Try not to touch your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- When you are able, stay home when you are sick.
- Cough or sneeze into a tissue or your elbow. If you use a tissue, wash your hands afterwards.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
